Hey guys, I noticed that one of the features that is claimed but unlimited plus is that you get paid faster. I’ve noticed though that it takes a long time. I haven’t used the free portion to judge it against but is it supposed to take about a week to get paid? For instance I have a tenant who paid their deposit today, I won’t get it until 2/10 though. Is that normal is unlimited plus not worth it? It also takes a week or two to get a response from the support team which is another perk they claim for getting unlimited plus, faster support. If this is what paying gets you, it makes me wonder about the free version ![]()
The Unlimited Plus Plan does offer premium features for the Avail members who choose to upgrade. FastPay is one of those features that offers the chance for landlords to receive their funds within 1 business day from the withdrawal date. Because one of the requirements for FastPay is that the tenant must establish a positive payment history, their first payment(s) will not be as quick and will be delivered within the standard processing time of 3 business days.
