The reason why it may be hard to have renters complete first is because they can be wary of providing Social Security numbers or paying application fees before they’ve even seen the place.
Instead of a full application, consider using a pre-screening questionnaire – you can download our free template here. Doing this will allow you to filter leads before sending full applications and screening reports through the platform.
By the time you meet them, you already know they meet your screening criteria. If they like the unit, then you can have them apply immediately.
