just got a quote from Urban Complex GC, LLC (they’re pretty known in AZ)
not promo or anything, just want to ask anyone worked with them before? they suggested a few fixes like paint, doors, small upgrades etc. Said it’ll help rent the unit faster
but now I’m thinking is this even worth it for 1 rental?
Congrats on becoming a landlord! Those upgrades can help attract tenants faster and possibly increase rent value. If the costs are reasonable and the market’s competitive, it might be worth it. Maybe get a second quote for comparison.
Do nothing first and see what sort of result you get. They may get more out of your money than you get from their ‘opinions’. Without guarantees, all you get is opinion and an invoice.
