When a landlord sends a message to a tenant through Avail, does the system notify the tenant that a new message has been received?
Are tenants notified of a new documents uploaded to Avail? Like amendment or letters of clarification.
Hello @WillC Tenants only receive an automatic notification when you actively route a document for their action, such as a Lease Agreement or a Lease Amendment sent for review or e-signature.
If you upload a file directly to the Lease Documents section for storage (such as a previously signed letter or clarification), it is saved for shared access, but Avail does not send an automated alert. In these cases, you will need to notify your tenants directly that the document is available in their account. Thank you!
