Hi. I’m getting into a situation where I am going to have to take a guarantor with my tenants (moving to a new city, no job offer). I had the guarantor fill out an application to run their history, background etc. How do I do a lease with a guarantor ? Do I leave my lease as is but then do an addendum at the end? Would I be finding this guarantor addendum just on Google or does Avail have a sample?
