# What’s the nicest thing your tenant has done for you?

I am a tenant - not a landlord. The nicest thing I believe I can do as a tenant is treat the property with respect. What I mean by this is leaving it in a better state than I received it in. I also pay rent on-time each month and am always very quick and courteous in my communication with my landlord. I expect this level of respect from him - so why not provide this right back?
