Great question @Lilly! First, it’s great that you’re thinking about insurance for your rental property. A typical homeowner’s policy often isn’t sufficient if you have others living in your rental unit.
There are a few companies that have popped up recently that can provide property insurance for landlords, all online. My personal favorite is Hippo ([https://myhippo.com/](https://myhippo.com/)).

That there is a good suggestion @ryan. I’m going to have to check that out. I’ve been using insurance from a different provider but I might have to make that switch.
