# Tenant Screening

Currently, I’m using Avail application processing feature but I’m curious about RentPrep. Specifically their income verification option. If anyone is using it, how do you like it?

I’ve used RentPrep in past but haven’t in almost three years. I thought their process was fine at that time. I switched to Avail’s process when I signed on to Avail only for convenience of workflow. I may look again at RentPrep in future, as well as look for some others.

Can we have all applicants complete an application without the credit, criminal and eviction reports and then once we view the applications request the reports for only the applicant we pick?
