# Potential tenant having issues with the application

I just signed up for Avail and sent the application link to a potential tenant but she is running into an issue. Here is what she sent me. “Ran into issues with the trans union portion and they are not very helpful. Telling us it will be 48 hours before that portion can be approved. So I am unfortunately unable to submit the application.”
Since this is the first time doing this, what can I do?

@sancarlosrental Please reach out to Avail customer support ASAP, contact info is at the bottom of the [avail.co](http://avail.co) home page. I’ve used them a lot! They are usually quite helpful. We are just users here, and while we may know some answers, we may not be timely. It sounds like you need answers ASAP.

@anon12762931 Thanks for the info. I was unaware that there was a support phone number. I will give them a call shortly.
