# Payment reminders

Is there any possibility for Landlord to set up payment reminders via text messaging in addition to the email Avail sends? (with tenant having ability to opt-out, of course) Many tenants barely use email these days and prefer text. Thank you!

Thank you for the great post! This is a really good idea, and although we don’t currently support that functionality, would be a great add-on / product update. I’m sharing this information out with my Product team. I’m fairly certain one of my PMs might reach out to you. Again, great product feedback/feature request.
