Hi I’m Nick. Been a landlord pretty much my whole life. I know all the ins and outs as far as the legal ways of getting things done regarding being a landlord. I live in West Warwick Rhode Island. I own my house that is a duplex. I work for the city of providence. I’m a foreman at the DPW department. I’m divorced and single at this moment.
