I cannot afford a fence so how can I keep masked intruders off of my rental property? ---

We put up motion lights that look like cameras and are solar powered…seems to help, even the tenants appreciated them… $40 for 2 on amazon ---

That’s not a bad idea at all. I have some new motion lights and sensors that I got from Ring. They work like a charm. ---

I can’t help but wonder, if that’s an issue for you, why nots sell the place? Is the trouble of intruders that big a deal that you have to ask this question? Not to be too direct, but if you’re constantly putting your tenants at risk or dealing with constant issues like intruders, get out of the neighborhood while you can. That does not sound like a good place to invest. ---

Inexpensive security systems are available. I have a 16 camera system with a 7 day recording storage on a Tdrive that I can review or watch live with an app on my phone (paid less than $400 for it). I can “save” the recordings to my phone, or snap pics of certain frames to save to my phone. I have had to show some recordings to the Police a few times and it really worked! You can get wired or wireless systems. I went wired because if the internet goes down wireless security system does also. You may ask why so many cameras… I have a 6,000 sq. ft. building. You may only need a 4 camera system (one for each corner). ---

What type of neighborhood is your property in that you’re dealing with so many intruders?
