Hello fellow Landlords, I need help getting a studio apartment rented. Can someone help me post and be the middle person between me and perspective tenants? @BABurgess7 Welcome. I can’t help you with your question, sorry. It sounds like you might want to seek out a property manager. I do want to point out your ad is illegal as it discriminates on the basis of gender (unless you are advertising a shared living space, which has more leeway). I am not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice, but if I were you I’d edit that ad immediately and become familiar with what I can (and cannot) say and do when offering a rental. Best of luck. ---

@BABurgess7 This article from Avail [https://www.avail.co/education/articles/7-things-you-cant-say-in-your-rental-listing](https://www.avail.co/education/articles/7-things-you-cant-say-in-your-rental-listing) might be of help. An internet search will turn up others to help you. Your ad above states this is “an apartment” which doesn’t sound to me like a shared living space. Maybe that’s just me. But you may wish to revise that portion to make it clearer to help you avoid any issues. ---

Separate entrance = apartment. Shared entrance available not an apartment as long as a separate entrance is available. ---

It may also be illegal for someone to advertise real estate and screen tenants, that is not the property owner or a licensed property manager.
