Hi there! is there any progress from your dev team, I see that this thread is 3.5 years old with answers promising to add the feature.
Has the project been abandoned?
Having several landlords should not be so difficult to implement. And not having that possibility is actually quite upsetting

Iām getting really tired of Avail employees saying that āthis feature is on our roadmapā, with zero delivery (up to four years). I was excited when Avail became part or Realtor.com typically there would be an injection of cash for marketing and development. There are numerous feature requests in the forum where āon the roadmapā was mentioned. No multi-user, no SMS capabilitiesā¦etc. Time to move on.
I agree. Is anyone seeing any other tools like avail with the multi landlord features? Iām OK to switch based on this feature alone. Itās a huge hassle during tenant showings and I want my partner to be able to also log in.

This should be a feature! I should absolutely be able to invite other Avail landlord users to co-sign a lease I have created. Even if they have no other access to my account information, that is fine. I just need my wife to be able to sign a lease as a second landlord.
That being said, I also like the idea of having both me and my wife having separate logins to manage my/our single Avail account.
